Our wedding is inspired by several different things. First, Courts has always wanted a Halloween wedding. And while I love Halloween, I couldn't imagine myself having a wedding that was goth or morbid or black and orange. So our colors are deep red, grey/pewter/silver, and black, which I think is romantic and appropriate for fall. The Halloween elements will be left out of the ceremony, but we will be adding Halloween touches throughout the reception. We are inviting guests to come in costume, incorporating silver pumpkins in a lot of the decor, will be playing some Halloween music during the reception and will have a Trick or Treat candy buffet for the favors. 


Since our wedding is at an old movie theater, we will also be incorporating a bit of a vintage movie theme as well. We will have movie poster save the dates, custom movie posters in the cases outside, red carpet and stantions greeting the guests, movie ticket escort cards and 3D ceremony programs. Hopefully we can incorporate all of our ideas in a cohesive way!
