Paper.

I am so proud of all of our paper products. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but I have always wanted to have a cohesive paper suite, like the pictures in bridal magazines! So I did all of the design myself, with a lot of help from Courts.

Save the dates.

Picture
Our save the dates are based on a movie poster for the movie "The Goonies" as a nod to our venue. These were a big hit! Photo by Lynn Michelle Photography.

Invitations.

For the invitations, we used a pumpkin drawn by Courts as the main image. We ordered the printed parts from www.uprinting.com and the cardstock from www.cardsandpockets.com and I did the assembly myself. The invitation is mounted on two layers of shimmery cardstock, silver and a deep red. The envelopes are shimmery pearl.

Thank you cards.

I wanted our thank you cards to be fun, and I wanted to order them early enough to use for shower gifts. I used one of my favorite photos from our engagement session with Lynn Michelle.

Rehearsal dinner invitations.

Picture
We will have six of my family members from Switzerland in town for the wedding, so I wanted to do a big, Texas barbecue for the rehearsal dinner. I haven't decided for sure, but I like these a lot! Update: we switched to these boxed invitations from Party City. They still fit the western theme!

Programs.

Picture
We are planning on attempting to create 3-D programs using the pumpkin that Courts drew for the invitations and inspired by these save the dates from Brown Parcel Press. We will have a program and 3-D glasses at each seat for the guests.

Escort cards.

For the escort cards design tickets that will have each guest's seat number just like a concert or play. We will put the tickets for each party in a will-call envelope and place the envelope flaps over the ribbons on this escort card board, which we will rent from our coordinator.
